If you hear static sound, here are the recommended audio settings for liteCam:
- While you are recording, please adjust volume control to 60% of the maximum sound.
- Mono, 16 bits, 22Khz is recommended
- Verify if there are any other sound devices available: Some sound cards let you record using more than one sound device.
- You can have better sound quality after rebooting your system depending on your sound card.
- If you are using two sound cards and hearing noise, disable the unused card from OS or BIOS.
If you are recording music videos or need to have better quality sound, you can go with 16 bits, 44KHz, Stereo.
Please remind that this setting will increase your file size by up to 4 times than the recommended setting and needs high-end system. Please test record for 5-10 minutes.
